Who doesn’t love to set a springtime table? With a nod to Easter and Earth Day, we gathered products in colors reflective of marsh grasses and local waters. Our four unique place settings, featuring materials such as bone china, ceramics, metal, crystal and plastics, are the creations by a few of our home decor ad partner experts: ACE Garden, Cunningham Jewelers, Market on Newcastle and St. Simons. A beautiful place setting adds visual excitement to any meal. It’s this kind of attention to detail which turns celebrations into memories. Spring is here! Ready. SET. Go make life extra special this spring!

(A) Melissa Bagby Ramsey of Market on Newcastle and St. Simons thinks these two navy-blue and white ceramic bowls are versatile to mix and match for a variety of meals any time of the year. For a spring look, we set them upon a white ceramic charger and natural table runner. The silver napkin ring adds a metal texture; shatterproof red wine goblet and stainless flatware complete this flavorful nautical setting. (Dishwasher safe goblet from Triton by Eastman is PBA free. Maxwell Williams white basics charger, Creative Co-op bowls are microwave/dishwasher safe)

(B) We are enamored with this Easter Sunday place setting, complete with bunny salad plate framed by an artic blue luncheon plate and large white porcelain charger. This holiday brunch/lunch hops into full spring when all plates are laid upon a large faux cabbage leaf placemat. Accented by wildflowers cotton napkin and woodsy-vine napkin ring, white casual stainless flatware and a cool beverage goblet, brings this ensemble into a delicious taste of spring. (Dishwasher safe plates and goblets. Triton by Eastman shatterproof and PBA free goblet, White Basics Maxwell Williams charger, Bunny plate by Tag, Arty Blue Luminarc luncheon plate) Find this place setting at Market on St. Simons.

(C)
From Cunningham Jewelers: The colors of the Seven Seas are trimmed in gold vines and florals on the “Darley Abbey” place settings: Salad, bread & butter sit upon “Arboretum” dinner plate, all from Royal Crown Darby. Their blended colors ‘pop’ upon a Vietri swirl edged aqua and gold charger. Bright teal tablemat, wine goblets and classic flatware complete this luminescent seascape. (Kate Spade—“Orleans Square” goblet, Reed & Barton “Venetian Amber” flute. Strousburg sterling 4-piece setting) We couldn’t resist adding “Jere” the jeweled sea turtle!

(D) Bright green springtime Irish Moss from ACE Garden Center placed into white distressed dough bowls naturally complete our table scape design. Irish Moss is very hearty, grows just one-inch tall and blooms tiny white flowers in spring. To add to the Easter festivities, we scattered the Garden Center’s decorative (Robin’s Egg) blue eggs in and around the dough bowls.

Durrett Moerman of Cunningham Jewelers shared their eye-catching combination “Paradis” dinner plate coupled with salad plate and bread & butter plate. This place setting features botanical birds upon tiny flowering branches and is a great way to brighten up your open-air dining. It is beautifully accented by a Lenox silver rimmed glass charger. (English Bone china by Raynaud, Gorham sterling flatware; Oneida “Julliard” stainless 4-piece setting; Waterford crystal “Marquis” stemmed wine and water glass)

Bon Appetit!
